Personal data obtained automatically

The sabrecz.com web server automatically processes and stores data about visits to the site. This data is collected using: web server logs and Google Analytics. Automatically collected data includes time identification, time spent on the site, IP addresses, operating system and browser information, and geolocation information based on network data identification. This information cannot be used to identify a specific person. However, in most cases, it is possible to identify the computer from which the website was accessed. Our company uses automatically collected information to evaluate website traffic and optimize its activities.

Data for advertising systems

SDCE s.r.o. does not use any method of data aggregation intended for advertising systems, either for its own purposes or for the purposes of third parties.

Storing data on the user’s computer

Our website sabrecz.com stores data on the user’s computer (so-called cookies) and can read and change this data when the user revisits the site. Cookies can be basic (system) cookies necessary for the operation of the website, but also third-party cookies.

You can find out more about cookies (what data is stored and why, how to enable them, how to prevent them) on this page: cookies.

Changing or deleting your data

SDCE s.r.o. provides backups of user data in case of loss. These backups are kept for as long as necessary for the operation of the system.

Personal data security

Data transfer uses only secure websites with HTTPS, SSH, and SFTP protocols. Data is stored in a private cloud. The secure protocol ensures that data is encrypted during transfer, preventing it from being misused if the communication is intercepted.

HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is primarily used for communication between a web browser and a web server. It ensures authentication, confidentiality, and integrity of the transmitted data. A certificate is required to use HTTPS. The level of security depends on user behavior, the implementation of protocols in the web browser and web server, correct configuration, and the trustworthiness of certification authorities. SDCE s.r.o. uses HTTPS as standard, in conjunction with TLS.
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is a cryptographic protocol. It is more secure than the older SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. GetReady uses TLS as standard.

GDPR and data security

In the event of a data breach, the controller must report the breach to the supervisory authority within 72 hours, if possible. The report must include, among other things, a description of the measures that the controller has taken or proposed to take.

Cookies

In accordance with the provisions of Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, and Directive 2009/136/EC of the European Union, we hereby inform you that our website uses cookies for its operation.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. When you visit the site again, your browser recognizes them and sends them back to the server. We distinguish between temporary session cookies, which are deleted when you restart your browser, and permanent cookies, which remain stored on your computer. Session cookies allow information to be stored when you move from one web page to another and eliminate the need to repeatedly enter certain data.

Persistent cookies help identify your computer when you revisit our website, but they do not allow us to identify you personally. The advantage of persistent cookies is that they allow us to tailor the website to your interests and prevent the same advertisement from being displayed repeatedly.

Our company uses temporary cookies to better understand how users use our services. You can disable and delete cookies on your computer, but this will prevent you from fully using all the features of our services. Some cookies are necessary for the basic functioning of websites.
